Assay Principle

1. Allow product to equilibrate to room temperature (25°C) prior to use., 2. Add 100 µL to each well. When reacting with peroxidase, a soluble blue reaction product develops that can be read at 405-410 nm., 3. In endpoint assays, the reaction can be stopped by adding equal volumes of 1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and reading at 405-410 nm.
