AceMag™ Circulating DNA Kit is designed for For purification of cell-free DNA from plasma and serum samples. The kit utilizes our unique high-capacity magnetic bead technology that ensures efficient recovery of RNA fragment library within a desired fragment length range. The purified DNA is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. The system allows for automation after sample lysis via Hamilton STAR™, Thermo KingFisher™ Flex, Applied Biosystems® MagMAX™, Qiagen Biosprint, and other liquid handling instruments.
