AceMag™ Soil DNA Kit

AceMag™ Soil DNA Kit is designed for isolation of high quality DNA from from soil samples. The kit utilizes our unique high-capacity magnetic bead technology that ensures efficient recovery of DNA fragment library within a desired fragment length range. After cell lysis, the DNA purification process can be completed in fewer than 20 minutes. The purified DNA is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. The system allows for automation after sample lysis via Hamilton STAR™, Thermo KingFisher™ Flex, Applied Biosystems® MagMAX™, Qiagen Biosprint, and other liquid handling instruments.
