AceSeq™ Plant DNA Kit

AceSeq™ Plant DNA Kit is designed for isolation of high quality DNA from from a wide variety of plant species. Up to 100 mg of wet samples or 30 mg dry samples can be processed in less than 30 minutes.This kit is based on spin column chromatography as the separation matrix. This kit uses a novel and proprietary method to eliminate polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from plant sample.The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more.
