Luciferase-2A-RFP Report Cell Line-MDA-MB-231

Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus, expressing the firefly luciferase gene(3) and enhanced RFP fluorescent marker.The Luciferase and RFP was co-expressed under the same suCMV promoter as separated two proteins(not as fusion). The Blasticidin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter.Each cell demonstrated strong RFP Fluorescent signal and high level of luminescence signal via luciferase assay.
