Luciferase-2A-RFP Report Cell Line(Blasticidin)-Hela
Transformed from Hela cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene II and RFP. The Luciferase and RFP was co-expressed under CMV promoter as seperated protein(not as fusion). The Blasticidin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter.
