Luciferase-2A-GFP Report Cell Line(Puromycin)-Hela
Transformed from Hela cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene II and GFP. The Luciferase and GFP was co-expressed under CMV promoter as seperated protein(not as fusion). The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter.
