Luciferase(firefly) Report Cell Line(GFP/Puromycin)-HEK293

Transformed from HEK293 cells, expressing firefly luciferase gene II. Luciferase and GFP was individually co-expressed under CMV promoter, The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively co-expresses both Luciferase and GFP.
