HighQC™ Human IPSC From Foreskin Fibroblast (Morbus Niemann Pick Type C)
iPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem cells) reprogrammed from cells of a patient with Morbus Niemann Pick type C.This iPS cell line was created using target cells from a patient suffering from MOrbus Niemann Pick type C.Gender: Male;Age: 11 years. The iPS cell line was generated using an episomal reprogramming containing a prprietary mix of vectors, containing Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4 along with p53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1. Cells are grown under feeder-free conditions and routinely grown in iPS Growth media. iPS cells are validated for pluripotency based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase expression, and expression of SSEA-4.iPS colonies exhibit classical morphology and growth.Absence of Mycoplasma was confirmed.The cell line is shipped on dry ice.
