Chondroitinase C
Chondroitinase C degrades chondroitin sulfate glycosaminoglycans that inhibit axonal growth within the endoneurium of peripheral nerve. Chondroitinase C selectively enhances the axon growth-promoting properties of the endoneurial basal lamina[1].
