VEGFR-2-IN-50 (Compound 10f) has growth inhibitory activity on MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 19.86 μM and 10.88 μM, respectively, which is expected to be used in the study of breast cancer diseases[1].
