As a target recruitment subunit in the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, VHL specifically recruits hydroxylated hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) under normoxic conditions and regulates cellular responses to oxygen levels. VHL Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived VHL protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
