CPN-351 (compound 9a), a pentapeptide, is a selective antagonist of human NMUR1 with a pA2 of 7.35. The antagonistic effect of CPN-351 on human NMUR1 is 10 times higher than that on NMUR2. CPN-351 can be used in the study of inflammation[1].
