Myostatin inhibitory peptide 7 is a 23 amino acids peptide, which is derived from amino acids 21 to 43 of the mouse myostatin prodomain. Myostatin inhibitory peptide 7 inhibits myostatin with a Kd of 29.7 nM. Myostatin inhibitory peptide 7 can be used for researches of muscle atrophic disorders[1].
