Biotinylated Human Claudin-18.2 Protein, His, Avitag™&Flag Tag (Nanodisc)
Claudin-18.2 is a member of the tight junction protein family. Under physiological conditions, it is only expressed at low levels in the differentiated epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa; whereas under pathological conditions, it exhibits abnormally high expression in various tumors such as gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer, making it an ideal biomarker for tumor-targeted therapy.
