Sheep Serum albumin

Purified sheep albumin may be used as a reference antigen, calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety of immunoassays including immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA), haemagglutination, and cell binding assays.

Lyophilized from a PBS diluted solution with; No preservative. After opening the vial, the lyophilized content is reconstituted by adding 2 mL of sterile distilled water, mixed gently by inversion until complete dissolution is obtained; The final concentration will be 50 mg/mL.
