α-Gracinoic acid is a Chalcone derivative with anti-inflammatory activity. α-Gracinoic acid inhibits nitric oxide production catalyzed by inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -treated RAW 264.7 cells[1].
