RdRP-IN-8
RdRP-IN-8 (compound 45) is an anti-influenza virus compound. RdRP-IN-8 inhibits viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) activity by disrupting heterodimerization of PA and PB1 subunits (EC50=0.13 μM) [1].
