LAIR1 protein has a negative regulatory effect on NK cells, B cells and T cells. It activates the phosphatases PTPN6 and PTPN11, inhibits calcium increases in B cells, and regulates cytokine production in CD4+ T cells. LAIR1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived LAIR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
