Leflunomide (HY-B0083). Leflunomide is an immunomodulatory agent that may exert effects by inhibiting the mitochondrial enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH). Leflunomide can be used for the research of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)[1].
