LRRFIP1 is a transcriptional repressor that preferentially binds to GC-rich sequences (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate the expression of TNF, EGFR, and PDGFA. It inhibits PDGFA, which controls smooth muscle cell proliferation after arterial injury. LRRFIP1 Protein, Human (FLAG) is the recombinant human-derived LRRFIP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-Flag labeled tag.
