Recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-CEA Bispecific Antibody (Fab-IgG) (BsIgG) is designed to be expressed as a Fab fused to the N-terminus of one heavy chain. The two heacy chains have Fc mutations to form heterodimers. It is 1+2 binding valency for each antigen.
