CBFB forms a heterodimeric complex core binding factor (CBF) with RUNX family proteins, which enhances the DNA binding ability of RUNX members (such as RUNX1, RUNX2, and RUNX3) . Heterodimers bind to specific sites in enhancers and promoters to regulate the transcription of target genes. CBFB Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived CBFB protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
