Rat splenocytes CD4+ T cells
Rat spleen is mechanically dissociated into a single cell suspension. The splenocytes are enriched by density separation. CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T Cells, and CD45R+ B Cells and then isolated using specific immunomagnetic methods.
