C57BL/6 Mouse Tail Cells, Neonatal
Mouse tail cells are isolated from day-1 neonatal tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse tail cells are mixed population of mouse spleen cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
