Mouse Splenocytes CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit

The Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD8+ T cells via a negative selection principle. The resulting cell preparation is highly enriched with CD8+ T cells. Typical recovery ranges from 40-55% and the purity of recovered CD8+ T cells ranges from 87-93%, with no detectable CD4+ T cells.
