GFP-Human Dermal Lymphatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells

GFP-HDLMVECs cells were selected from HGLMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
