Anti-Interleukin-10 (IL-10)

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

ELISA: 1/400 - 1/1200 (as detection antibody, using a monoclonal antibody for capture). IHC-Fr: 1/400. IHC-P: 1/400. IP: 1/400 - 1/800. Pre-clearing with a non-specific rabbit IgG is recommended to reduce background. Neut: 1/400. Incubate the samples with the antiserum for at least 4 hours before being tested. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG (heat inactivated) is recommended. RIA: 1/4000. WB: 1/400 - 1/800. Predicted molecular weight: 21 kDa. In Western blot analysis of natural cell products_recover or human body fluids, multiple bands of IL-10 will appear due to the variable amount of glycosylation on the molecule
