Anti-S1P1

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

The S1P1 antibody is directed against a cytoplasmic loop of this receptor. This result is similar to the result we have had with other antibodies。Sometime have staining at the ER/nuclear interfaces, One interpretation is that the protein is associated with membranes, but for some reason not restricted specifically with the plasma membrane. There is little known, or published about this protein currently.

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/2000. Predicted molecular weight: 47 kDa. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
