Anti-NOS2A

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human NOS2A protein. The product was purified from seurm by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human NOS2A. Cross-reactivity with NOS2A from other sources has not been determined.

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 120 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 131 kDa). Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
