CD45 has a molecular weight between 180 to 240 kDa. Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody inhibits B cells from entering G,sub>0</sub> to G<sub>1</sub> transition and prevents S phase entry, when stimulated with anti-mu and low molecular weight B-cell growth factor.
