Specificity

This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human HMGB1 protein. The product was purified from seurm by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human HMGB1. Cross-reactivity with HMGB1 from other sources has not been determined.

Applications Notes

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 29 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 25 kDa). Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
