Anti-Guanylate Cyclase ß1 subunit(soluble)

This antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide from theβ1 subunit of rat soluble guanylate cyclase (amino acids 188-207; EDFYEDLDRFEENGTQDSR (Last D=E in human and bovine)) conjugated to KLH.

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

This Polyclonal antibody is directed against Guanylate Cyclase β1. The product was purified from serum by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human Guanylate Cyclase β1.

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 70 kDa. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
