Rabbit polyclonal to numan ABCE1. ABCE1 is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the OABP subfamily. It is alternatively referred to as the RNase L inhibitor as it functions to block the activity of ribonuclease L (referenced from entrez gene).

Specificity

This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human ABCE1 protein. The product was purified from serum by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human and mouse ABCE1 (based on homology). Cross-reactivity with ABCE1 from other sources has not been determined.

Applications Notes

Recommended dilutions WB: 1/1000~4000 Predicted molecular weight: 67 kDa. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
