Anti-Nsr1p

Nsr1p is localized in the nucleolus and binds to telomeric single-stranded oligonucleotide repeat sequence of the type and binds to the single-stranded telomeric repeat sequence (TG1-3)n.

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

Western blots of yeast protein samples (cell and nuclear lysates): 1:5,000, followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For non-ECL western detection methods: 1:500 to 1:2,500. For immunofluorescence on yeast cells: 1:250 to 1:2,500.
