Specificity
The antibody reacts with a 180 kDa isoform of CD56. It has been suggested that the antibody could react with rhesus monkey lymphocytes. Reactivity with other NCAM isoforms has not been tested.
Applications Notes
Suggested working dilution is 1:200. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
