Specificity

MAbs 1F2, 2F3, 7A9, 7F4, 7G7, 2G3, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11 and 3D6 have no cross-reaction with skeletal TnT. Cross-reactivity of MAb 7E7 with cardiac TnI is 5 %.

Applications Notes

TnT immunoassay and TnT immunoaffinity purification. It is possible to use following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 1C11-9G6, 1C11-7F4, 7G7-9G6, 7G7-1C11, 7G7-2F3, 1C11-7E7 Best capture antibodies for BIAcore are 1C11, 7A9, 9G6, 7G7.
