Anti-Rabbit IgG Unlabeled (Chicken Host)

Chickens were immunized with purified, non-denatured rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains). Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks. Anti-rabbit IgG’s were affinity-purified over a column conjugated with purified rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains).

This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.

Antibodies were tested for specificity using double-immunodiffusion in agarose. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with goat, human or mouse IgG.
