SensiStain™ Anti-ROS1 Antibody

SensiStain Anti-ROS1 Antibody is designed to detect for the presence of ROS1 or proto-oncogene encoding a type I integral membrane protein, is a receptor tyrosine kinase which has structural similarity to ALK. The role of ROS1 has not been fully explored, and there is not much information on the function of the protein in normal development. However, in cancer studies ROS1 has been detected in cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and glioblastoma; thus became a therapeutic target for research.
