From the STAT family of transcription factors, STAT6 is a transcription activator that has a role in anti-apoptotic activity of IL4, in which it induces BCL2L1/BCL-X(L) expression. SensiStain Anti-STAT6 Antibody is designed to detect STAT6, in which studies have indicated the potential to distinguish solitary fibrous tumor as a biomarker.
