SensiStain Anti-Siglec-15 Antibody detects for the presence of Siglec-15, Sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin 15, a protein identified to be an immune repressor. Siglec-15 has been found to be broadly upregulated on human cancer cells and is becoming a hot marker to study in immunotherapy.
