SensiStain Anti-Helicobacter pylori Antibody detects for the presence of H. pylori. H. pylori is a bacteria which may infect the digestive tract, typically the stomach. Overtime, the bacteria may cause the formation of ulcers in lining of the stomach or the upper part of the small intestine. Infection with H. pylori may lead to stomach cancer.
