SensiStain Anti-Recombinant MSH2 Antibody is created to detect MutL Homolog 2 (MLH2) protein that is known to be involved in the mismatch-repair pathway. Anti-MSH2 is usually used alongside with the Immunohistochemistry (IHC) panel with MSH6, MSH2, and PMS2 to detect samples with microsatellite instability.
