SensiStain™ Anti-BRAFV600E Antibody
SensiStain Anti-BRAF V600E Antibody detects the V600E mutant form of BRAF (serine/threonine-protein kinase B-Raf). Studies have shown that mutations on the BRAF gene in which 80% are of the single V600E substitution resulted in increase of cell proliferation and resistance to apoptosis. BRAF V600E is therefore an important immunohistochemical marker for tumor studies.
