SensiStain™ Anti-MUC6 Antibody

Mucin 6 or MUC6 is a glycoprotein found to be expressed in various tissues such as the pyloric glands of the antrum, bronchial epithelium and in the Müller ducts of the endocervix and urethral epithelium. Anti-MUC6 will stain the epithelial surface of the normal gastrointestinal tract and is found to be useful for differentiating fetal, precancerous and cancerous colonic mucosa. <br />SensiStain Anti-MUC6 is designed to detect the MUC6 antigen.
