SensiStain Anti-MDR3 Antibody has been developed and designed to sensitively detect for MDR3. MDR3 (Multidrug Resistance 3)is a membrane-associated protein belonging to the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters. Defects in MDR3 have been associated with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis type 3 and gallbladder disease type 1.
