Recombinant Human PDGFC
PDGF-C plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell migration, survival and chemotaxis. It is required for normal skeleton formation and skin morphogenesis during embryonic stage and for angiogenesis and blood vessel development. A disulfide-linked homodimer, PDGF-C also appears to be involved in all the three stages (inflammation, proliferation and remodeling) of wound healing.
