Recombinant Human Lymphotactin (XCL1)
XCL1, also known as lymphotactin or ATAC, is the sole member of the C subgroup of chemokines, and more importantly, is produced mainly by activated CD8 T cells (and to a lesser extent by natural killer and mast cells). The chemotactic activity of XCL1 is restricted to lymphocytes and has no effect on monocytes.
