Poly-L-Lysine Coating Solution (0.1%)
Poly-L-Lysine is a positively charged synthetic amino acid with one hydrobromide per unit of Lysine. It is commonly used as a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces. Poly-L-Lysine coating promotes the attachment and adhesion of many cells in vitro. It does this by increasing the electrostatic attraction between the surface and the cells.
