Optineurin, Human (sf9, His)
Optineurin proteins are critical for maintaining the Golgi complex, coordinating membrane trafficking, and regulating exocytosis through interactions with myosin VI and Rab8. It links myosin VI to the Golgi apparatus to form a ribbon and activates the innate immune response during viral infection by recruiting TBK1 to the Golgi apparatus. Optineurin Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived Optineurin protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag.
